Returns

I don't accept returns or exchanges golden and platinum items (unless there is a manufacturing defect). Please double check your finger size, since Cityscape Rings are 1cm wide rings, they sit snugger than regular narrow rings. I highly recommend to order a set of my sizers, which will show you the most comfortable size.

Silver items can be returned or exchanged during 30 days after the day it was delivered according to the tracking information. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please send your item in any box, because items packed even in padded envelopes come damaged.

To complete your return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Production of a new item may take up to 3 weeks. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, I highly recommend to consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email with the notification that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
